MSW students
Greetings!
We invite you to take a careful look at Field Education at Baylor. Field Education is the heart of the social work curriculum. By definition and design, Field is the quintessential educational experience in social work education. Under the supervision and instruction of highly skilled practitioners and educators, students are given the opportunity and responsibility to apply the knowledge, values, and skills learned in the classroom in real-life interactions with individuals, families, groups, communities and organizations. It is in the field, where theory and practice converge, and the competence of social work students is honed.
Please navigate through the Field pages. You will find a wealth of helpful information.
Grace and peace,
Whitney Luce
