Curtis Isozaki, M.A., CF-LSP, is a higher education professional, executive coach, leadership practitioner, & LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator. He seeks to champion leaders who mobilize their organizations to change the world. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through International Coach Federation (ICF), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, he believes in the power of asking strategic questions that lead to inquiry, inspiration and initiative in the lives of leaders in organizations. He is certified to facilitate assessments including MBTI® Step I & Step II, Strong Interest Inventory®, Enneagram and CliftonStrengths® to skyrocket organizational employee engagement and performance.
As the Director of Enrollment and Alumni Services for the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University, his leadership over enrollment, recruitment, marketing, career development, & alumni engagement prepares students and alumni for worldwide service and leadership with a heart for valuing humanity, engaging spirituality and promoting equity. The Diana R. Garland School of Social Work provides rigorous scholarship & hands-on application with a compassionate ethos that enriches the lives of students, alumni, & communities.
