Opportunities and Celebrations
Join Baylor University and the Garland School of Social Work in recognition of Women's History Month. The month of March is recognized as Women's History Month, a time to celebrate and recognize women's contributions to American history and society. This years theme, selected by The National Women's History Alliance, is "Moving forward together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations." The theme is to celebrate and acknowledge the women who have dedicated their lives to education and leadership.
Upcoming Activities

March 24-25 | Join the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work for this two-day event "GSSW Faith and Justice Series" with Kat Armas, author of Sacred Belonging: A 40-Day Devotional on the Liberating Heart of Scripture and Abuelita Faith. Deadline to RSVP is Thur., Mar. 20 @ 12 noon. Learn more about Kat Armas here. Below are the details and registrations for the events: March 24, 5-6:30 p.m., Main Campus Schumacher Flex Commons AND on Zoom - “Learning from Women on the Margins.” No RSVP required for the in-person event.
