We’re glad you’re ready to take the next step toward joining the Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University! The Garland School of Social Work is now accepting Master of Social Work (MSW) applications for the 2025-26 academic year. Click the button below to start your application for the residential campus.
The Garland School of Social Work releases admissions decisions between November and May with various financial aid award opportunities within each deadline. Students admitted to the program are encouraged to submit both the GSSW Financial Aid Form and either the FAFSA or the CSS Profile (for international students only) for eligibility for financial aid. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible.

Scholarships and Financial Aid for MSW Students
The School of Social Work offers tuition remission, graduate stipends, and departmental scholarships to its graduate students enrolled at the residential campus in Waco, Texas. Awards are made based on both need and merit.
Departmental Scholarships
Students admitted to the Residential MSW program who submit both the GSSW Financial Aid Form and either the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the CSS Profile (for international students only) may be considered for institutional aid.
