Baylor in Deeds Commitment IV offers five strategies to bolster the University's recognition that stewardship at Baylor is a responsibility of our faith and a commitment to those who entrust their time, talents and resources to the University. In support of Commitment IV, the Garland School of Social Work will focus on the selected University strategies listed below. Here you will find our actionable items in support of these strategies alongside our key performance indicators (or KPIs).
The GSSW will develop new endowed scholarships for MSW students (online and residential) with a focus on health and human flourishing.
4.3.1 Dean will seek to develop new scholarships in support of students working in areas of physical and mental health.
The GSSW will utilize third party vendors’ use of generative artificial intelligence (e.g. EAB) to develop new pipelines of prospective MSW graduate students, both residentially and online. (4c)
4.4.1 Director of Enrollment will foster relationships with vendors and AI tools to strengthen enrollment.
