Online Program
Welcome to the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work’s Online Program!
Each student enters into this program with their own unique experiences. These experiences, along with the experiences of the individuals, groups, and communities that they will serve are woven into our school’s rich historic tapestry. A tapestry of social work education that has continued for over fifty years at Baylor University.
Our program provides a sacred opportunity to cultivate students seeking to make an impact as professional social workers. We believe in partnering with students to motivate and support the graduate social worker within them.
Our online program provides a unique opportunity to gain master’s level social work content both asynchronously and synchronously, through online classroom sessions with one of our dedicated faculty. Our online courses were created very specifically with the distance learner’s needs in mind. In building our online courses, our faculty utilized the latest research in distance education and sought to implement best practices to create an environment that retains a very personal, student-centered educational experience.
We invite you to explore our MSW online program. We are excited about the opportunity that we have to walk alongside you during your educational journey.
