In partnership with the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty, the Social, Nonprofit and Public Leadership degree and certificate program empowers leaders to drive social change and enhance human flourishing both globally and locally. It seeks to develop character-driven leaders who can address complex social challenges, including poverty, while examining how faith shapes institutional and personal responses to these issues. This program is designed for emerging leaders who seek focused training in organizational leadership and policy development.

An application for the Master of Arts in Social, Nonprofit and Public Leadership will be considered complete when the following materials have been received:
- a completed online application and $45 application fee
- official transcripts from all institutions attended*
- resume
- recommendations: three letters of recommendation are required, and at least one must be from an academic professor who has direct knowledge of your academic work.
At $34,100 for the master's degree, Baylor ranks in the top five most affordable degrees in the social, nonprofit and public leadership space. Admitted students can qualify for 10%+ in departmental aid to help fund their education.
