Transcripts
Application Requirement:
For admission to the Garland School of Social Work, applicants must provide transcripts from all previously attended institutions. You may submit unofficial transcripts for the initial application review. If admitted, you will need to provide official transcripts before the first day of class in the MSW Program. Application Advice:
Need a quick reminder on official vs. unofficial transcripts?
Official Transcripts: A transcript is official if it is received directly from the institution or if the student delivers it to the Enrollment, Career, & Alumni Office in a sealed envelope from the institution.
Unofficial Transcripts: A transcript is considered unofficial if the transcript is sent from the applicant to the Garland School of Social Work.
Waiting on official transcripts to arrive? Unofficial transcripts are often available, for free, from your institution's student information system. Applicants can quickly electronically send unofficial transcripts directly to the Garland School of Social Work.
Send transcripts directly to MSW_Admissions@baylor.edu or upload directly to the Garland School of Social Work Application.
International students may have additional transcript requirements. Learn more about international admissions requirements here.
