BSW Degree Requirements

The program involves liberal arts requirements, a social work core (41-42 hours), field education (480 hours) with professionals in the community, and 124 total credit hours. BSW graduates can apply for advanced standing in the MSW program, enabling them to complete their master’s degree within a year. Once admitted, students need to maintain a 2.7 minimum overall GPA.
