Welcome to the Baylor Social Work MSW Colloquium, Waco Campus. Below you will find information about dining and coffee options, parking information and additional resources. We hope this will help you find everything you need as you earn your CEUs and hear from our fantastic students.
Parking Information
Physical Address 811 Washington Avenue, Waco, TX. 76701
Parking is available along Washington Avenue (parallel parking) and the Baylor marked open parking lot in the back of the building, with the entrance from Columbus Ave. There is overflow parking allowed at Southern Roots Brewing, if needed. Please do NOT park in the lot across from the front of the building or the Columbus Avenue parking garage.

Check-in & Register on Second Floor
In the Living Room, just up the escalators, you will find the check-in/registration table. There will be two lines based on last name, if you pre-registered: A-K and L-Z. Please proceed to your respective line to get checked in and pick up your folder, which will include the program, schedule, CEU forms, and evaluation forms.
CEU Information
Continuing education units will be available for licensed social workers and licensed professional counselors. Each presentation can earn 1 CE hour. Presentations offering ethics and cultural competency credits are marked on the program and schedule.
If you are earning CEUs, have the CEU verification sheet initialed by the monitor at the end of the presentation. When you are finished for the day, submit the completed CEU verification sheet, CEU registration sheet, and the evaluation forms to the check-in table on the second floor.
CEUs are free for current Baylor Social Work internship supervisors and Baylor faculty and staff. The cost is $10 for community practitioners. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
If you are not a licensed social worker or LPC, a proof of attendance form can be provided by request.
Second Floor Refreshments (free to all)
In the Living Room, there will be table set up where you will find coffee, tea and water. Please help yourself.
Building Temperature
The temperatures in the building can vary by room. We suggest bringing a jacket or sweater.
Alumni Lunch (RSVP only)
For alumni that pre-registered for the lunch, it will be provided next door at 821 Washington Ave., beginning at Noon. There will be a ticket in your folder.
