Why did you choose Baylor's MSW Program?

• I appreciate the small cohort sizes, the intentional integration of faith and practice, and I have always wanted to attend Baylor in some capacity. Baylor's preview day also further affirmed that I was choosing the right program.

What is a cause you are passionate about?

• As a first-generation Chinese American, I am passionate about mental health advocacy and education within immigrant communities. I also worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center and am passionate about oncology social work as well.

How does a Master of Social Work degree fit into your career plan?

• I believe it will allow me to further contribute to agencies and causes that I am passionate about. Because my background is not in social work, I do not have a specific post-graduation life plan. Thus, I am interested in seeing where my passions will take me with my MSW.

• I can speak Mandarin Chinese and I have lived in China for several years.
