Background

Amanda Kendrick is a Student Support Manager for the Baylor University School of Social Work’s Online MSW program. She received her M.A. in Theological Studies from Boston University and her B.A. in Theology & Christian Ministry from Point Loma Nazarene University. Before joining Baylor, her professional background was in ministry and residential life, where she developed a passion for walking alongside others in their personal and spiritual growth. In her current role, she enjoys supporting MSW students, learning their stories, and encouraging them throughout their educational journey. Amanda loves working with social workers, finding that their commitment to service resonates deeply with her own studies in theology and ministry.

She works remotely and lives with her husband, Tyler, and their two children, William and Drew.
