She has managed funding proposals across education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors while maintaining rigorous compliance standards. She has experience in translating complex research initiatives into persuasive funding narratives that resonate with stakeholders. Amber has demonstrated leadership in coordinating interdisciplinary research teams, marketing communications, and community partnership development.

Amber and her husband, Tony, first met as undergraduates at Baylor University. They have two sons, Holden and Collin; two dogs, Peyton and Riley; and a love for all Baylor sports!
