Kelsey Moffatt
Part-time Faculty
Prof. Moffatt is a Therapist and Team Lead working for Family Service Center in Galveston County. She works in the Service Center’s STAR program providing mental health counseling to children and adolescents in both school and office-based settings, while supervising five clinicians. Since 2015 she has worked with Dr. Holly Oxhandler conducting research on ethically integrating clients’ faith into practice. Prof. Moffatt teaches the Research for Social Work Practice course to demystify research and foster both a love and appreciation for this area of social work.
