Mallory Herridge
Assistant Director, Center for Church and Community Impact (C3I)
Mallory Herridge serves as the Assistant Director at the Center for Church and Community Impact (C3I). She has served as adjunct faculty for the Diana Garland School of Social Work since 2017 and in a field supervisory role for social work students since 2011. She is a graduate of the Master of Divinity/Master of Social Work dual degree program at the Baylor Diana R. Garland School of Social Work and Truett Seminary and is a licensed social worker. Her 13+ combined experience in both non-profit, university and congregational ministry contexts has cultivated a passion in her for developing community-based solutions alongside congregations, community members and community organizations. In her role at the C3I, Mallory serves as project manager for a 3-year Congregational Discernment study funded by the Eula Mae and John Baugh Foundation, assists with engaging congregations and strategic partners nationwide, grant writing to support the work of the C3I, management and support of staff, interns, and research assistants as well as overall strategy.
