Shaina MacLauchlan

Shaina, alongside the placement team, directs the internship placement process for social work students who are required to complete either two 2-term internship placements for standard MSW students or one 2-term internship placement for BSW or Advanced Standing MSW students. She is responsible for guiding social work students through the internship placement process, developing internship sites across the nation, coordinating with the student and the agency in placement, following the policies of the GSSW Practicum Education Program in regard to placement and process and handling difficulties should they arise.
