Background
Throughout her career, Dr. Sonya Nicole Carson has worked in Child Protective Services, acute care and medical and psychiatric hospital settings, as well as a psychiatric prison. She is now practicing in therapy and diagnostic assessments in Michigan addition to being a professor at Baylor and Prairie View University's MSW programs. Dr. Carson has extensive experience in crisis intervention, child abuse, treatment planning and is every excited to share her expertise in these areas.
