Telawna Kirbie

Prof. Kirbie, LCSW-S and Baylor alum, has spent most of her career in the field of mental health. In this work, she gained experience in various areas including case management, individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention, assessment, diagnosis, trauma informed care, cultural diversity, school based mental health, grant writing, and program development. She currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at Prosper Waco, where she works with community partners to increase access and availability of behavioral health services. She is passionate about helping people and advancing the field of social work.
