Terry Heeringa
Financial Manager
Terry serves as the Financial Manager for the Garland School of Social Work, assisting the Business Officer in all financial matters relating to the school. Terry is primarily responsible for Sponsored Program expense compliance and allowability, working with the Office of the Vice President for Research as needed on compliance and reporting issues. Terry is also responsible for initiating any necessary non-employment contracts for the School and he monitors labor distributions and adjusts these as needed. He oversees the requisition and expense reporting processes on a day-to-day basis. Terry is a Certified Public Accountant with many years of experience in the not-for-profit environment.
