Prof. Will Ward has spent much of his practice in school social work. He has also spent time serving in healthcare and congregational roles. He holds both his M.Div. and MSW degrees from Baylor. His MSW work focused on community practice, but he has experience in micro, mezzo, and macro practice. He recently began his PhD studies at Baylor, with research focusing on the intersection of faith and LGBTQ identity in young people. Ward hopes to cultivate a classroom environment where student voice is at the center, just like we do with our clients.
